Edward married Jane Paterson, daughter of Adam Paterson and Unknown, on 8 March 1818 in Minnigaff, Kirkcudbright, Scotland.1 Jane was born on 2 November 1799 in Twynholm, Kirkcudbright, Scotland2 and died between 1841 and 1 January 1851 in Minnigaff, Kirkudbright, Scotland.3.

  2. General Notes:On the 1841 census of Blackcraig, Minigaff, Kirkcudbright, Edward's occupation is listed as cloth weaver. By 1851, Edward lived with his son Thomas Graham and family at Blackcraig, Minnigaff, Kirkudbright.

    Notes for Edward Graham: Believed to be the son of Edward Graham, Recruiting Sergeant of Dumfries and Galloway and wife Jean Pasley, born March 5, 1791, but this is not yet proven.
